What does it mean to make European quality beer in Siberia? For us it means to work using modern unique equipment, high-quality ingredients, observing the production technology.

Our brewery has unique equipment, which allows to make beer by one-and double-brewing methods using different ferment technologies. The brewing technologies used for making the “Premium” class beer are developed by specialists from Germany and Czech.

Only high-quality ingredients are used for this purpose; all of them are cleaned with the help of a magnetic separator. Such ingredients as hop and malt are delivered from Germany and Czech. 

But the advantages listed above do not include all the advantages of the beer produced by the enterprise.  Ust-Ilimsk beer also means the cleanest water in the world. Mild water of the Angara River provides an unforgettable taste for the beer. Some sorts of beer are made in combination with medical herbs.

To meet the high quality European standards in brewing, we should always modernize our technologies.
